Our weekly planner and square tokens are printed onto smooth 0.5mm aluminium metal with rounded corners to keep little hands safe.
Our square picture tokens are 25mm rounded squares.
📏 Board size options:
A3 (297mm x 420mm)
A4 (210mm x 297mm)
Note: They are not magnetic but you can stick adhesive magnetic strips on to the back of the board.
How to hang
We recommend using no more nails sticky pads, adhesive magnets, Blu-Tack, or pins. Our metal planner also has holes in each corner, to tie string through or use to hang on nails.

Hi, I’m Kim, a mum, maker, and big believer in the power of mindfulness for both kids and grown-ups. I started Craftly because, like so many parents, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure how best to support my child’s big feelings.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve been designing resources alongside my lovely mum - a Teaching and Emotional Literacy Support Assistant with over 24 years of experience. Together, we listen closely to what families and children actually need, and we create tools that are simple, visual, and made with heart.

I ordered the pastel whiteboard personalised with my daughters name in A4.
I was so looking forward to this item coming as my daughter starts school this year and this is something that will be a core memory for me.
It came and I was SO suprised as an A3 whiteboard had come, with a post it note stuck to it saying “random act of kindness, we have upgraded your order to A3” I thought how KIND!! I couldn’t believe it. Not to mention the whiteboard itself is such lovely colours and amazing quality. I am SO chuffed with my order, I’m tempted to order my youngest daughters one for when she starts school (she’s only 5 months!!)

My son was SO excited when it arrived! Then sat with me to plan his week. We talked through all the different pictures, he loved that he has one for everything that he needs. Now he keeps checking it, changing it if needed (park run was cancelled today so he took it off himself) we planned his weeks lunches. I love that he is using it and it is supporting him to organise himself. We are over the moon. Thank you so so much ❤️
We bought the weekly planner for our 3yo who struggled with understanding what’s happening each day as we have multiple sources of childcare. The planner lays it out very clearly and it so much fun to review and change if needs be on a weekly basis. We do it together and even let him choose activities he wants to do from the “fun tokens” we have quite a collection of them and will surely purchase more as we go along and he grows and starts school. This is definitely something we’d carry on for some years as the quality of the product is amazing!
