Materials and Sizing

Our weekly planner and square tokens are printed onto smooth 0.5mm aluminium metal with rounded corners to keep little hands safe.

Our square picture tokens are 25mm rounded squares.

📏 Board size options:

A3 (297mm x 420mm)

A4 (210mm x 297mm)

Note: They are not magnetic but you can stick adhesive magnetic strips on to the back of the board.

What's included?

Every planner comes with a ‘Today’ token and a handy organza bag to store your tokens.

FAQs

How do I hang the board?
We recommend using no more nails sticky pads, adhesive magnets, Blu-Tack, or pins. Every planner comes with holes in every corner so you can also tie string through them to hang on a hook.

''I want to make the mummy token pink, daddy yellow, can I do this?''

Yes, any colours can be changed very easily. Simply click any of the pictures under the 'people' category and a white circle will appear. Click this and you can select a colour.

''Can I change the wording or images of some of the tokens?''

Yes! Simply click on the pencil icon that appears when you hover over the token. Write your text and then press enter. It will make a new token. Press this one to add it on to your planner.

''I can't see some picture tokens that I need. Can I request new ones?''

Yes absolutely! You can either rename a token to what you need with the pencil icon, or for any custom requests, just email kim@craftly.co.uk.

Postage info

How we work

As a self-employed mum, I’ve found a system that keeps our home life balanced while ensuring clear expectations for my lovely customers.
Here’s how it works:

🖌️ Monday – I design all outstanding orders.
🛠️ Tuesday – We spend the day in the office prepping, making, and getting everything ready to go.
📦 Wednesday – Orders are packed and dropped off for shipping.

So, if you place an order on a Thursday, it will be designed the following Monday, made on Tuesday, and shipped on Wednesday.

If you've ordered after our Wednesday drop-off, your order will be designed the following Monday and shipped the following Wednesday.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (if applicable). If it’s been longer than expected or you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out, I'm always happy to help! 😊
