I ordered the pastel whiteboard personalised with my daughters name in A4.
I was so looking forward to this item coming as my daughter starts school this year and this is something that will be a core memory for me.
It came and I was SO suprised as an A3 whiteboard had come, with a post it note stuck to it saying “random act of kindness, we have upgraded your order to A3” I thought how KIND!! I couldn’t believe it. Not to mention the whiteboard itself is such lovely colours and amazing quality. I am SO chuffed with my order, I’m tempted to order my youngest daughters one for when she starts school (she’s only 5 months!!)

My son was SO excited when it arrived! Then sat with me to plan his week. We talked through all the different pictures, he loved that he has one for everything that he needs. Now he keeps checking it, changing it if needed (park run was cancelled today so he took it off himself) we planned his weeks lunches. I love that he is using it and it is supporting him to organise himself. We are over the moon. Thank you so so much ❤️
We bought the weekly planner for our 3yo who struggled with understanding what’s happening each day as we have multiple sources of childcare. The planner lays it out very clearly and it so much fun to review and change if needs be on a weekly basis. We do it together and even let him choose activities he wants to do from the “fun tokens” we have quite a collection of them and will surely purchase more as we go along and he grows and starts school. This is definitely something we’d carry on for some years as the quality of the product is amazing!
It definitely helped us prepare him for days to come and he now even knows days of the week.

Bought the A3 size planner for my son before he started school to help him understand what was happening when - he found it hard to remember without a visual aid, and it has really helped both of us to plan for the week. The quality is superb - 1 year + on and it still looks like new. It’s made of sturdy aluminium that can be written on and wiped off, with holes to allow for hanging or attaching to the wall. Craftly even did some bespoke tokens for us to match what we needed. Honestly one of the best and most-used purchases I’ve made for him, and I can see it continuing to be used for many years to come. Just need to order some new tokens for new activities now!
A perfect item! My kids are obsessed with it, and love planning the week out together. It really helps them feel calm about each day and week. I used Kim a few years ago for a visual timetable for my son. She added some of our pictures on some tokens also. It’s worked so well. He comes in each night and checks what’s happening the next day and sometimes cheekily adds pizza and bus tokens to his day!!!
He is moving on to supported living. I wanted to replicate his timetable and add more tokens for his new life away from us. Kim was super patient with me whilst I collated everything. She matched some tokens to his as some had changed from last time. It arrived today and I am so happy. My son is happy to see his new house on there and I’m sure this will go a long way to helping him settle. I am so grateful to Kim for doing this for me. It was a big confusing order! She nailed it.
