How do I order?
I understand it can seem quite complicated, so for ease, here's what i'd recommend:
1️⃣ Think about all the events in your week you'd like to record. For example, school (x5), tennis, football, mummy (x3). Write down the list of tokens you need and count the total.
You can use the example images I have for tokens to help or look in the extras section here.
2️⃣ Select the correct number of tokens when ordering as this adjusts the price.
3️⃣ Paste your list of tokens in the tokens box
4️⃣ Personalise the title with a name (optional) and choose a colour theme.
If this process is overwhelming, please just email me your requirements to kim@craftly.co.uk. We can send you an invoice alternatively.
Materials and Sizing
Our weekly planner and square tokens are printed onto smooth 0.5mm aluminium metal with rounded corners to keep little hands safe.
Our square picture tokens are 25mm rounded squares.
📏 Board size options:
A3 (297mm x 420mm)
A4 (210mm x 297mm)
Note: They are not magnetic but you can stick adhesive magnetic strips on to the back of the board.
How to hang
We recommend using no more nails sticky pads, adhesive magnets, Blu-Tack, or pins.
What's included?
Every planner comes with a ‘Today’ token and a handy organza bag to store your tokens.

FAQs
''I want to make the mummy token pink, daddy yellow, can I do this?''
Yes, any colours can be changed very easily. Just request it on your list.
''Can I change the wording or images of some of the tokens?''
Any wording can be changed. The easiest way to request this is to write on your list something similar to:
''playground'' (rename St John's Park)
''mummy'' (rename Auntie Katie)
''park'' (change to a duck)
''I can't see some picture tokens that I need. Can I request new ones?''
I've never struggled to find an image that didn't match a new request, so don't be afraid to ask for what you need! If I have any issues i'll just email. The only thing I ask is that if it's a niche request (like an abbreviated or local club that isn't obvious), just write what image you'd like next to it.
