Free Mental Health Printables for Mindfulness
Our Final Freebie Drop for Mental Health Week 🌈💖
As Mental Health Week comes to a close, we’re wrapping up our little giveaway series with one last bundle of free printables — and this one’s full of goodness for both grown ups and kids.
We’ve loved putting these together and hope they’ve brought a little calm and connection into your days. This final bundle includes four of our favourite gentle tools to support emotional wellbeing — playful, printable and made with lots of love.
Here’s what’s inside (and how to use them):
🧭 Circle of Control
This simple tool is brilliant for helping kids (and adults!) make sense of big feelings when the world feels a bit much.
👉 Pop your worries or tricky situations around the outside of the circle, and then chat about what’s inside your control.
💡 It’s a gentle way to guide little minds toward focusing on what they can do — and letting go of what they can’t.
🌪 Challenging Negative Thoughts Wheel
This one’s like a mini therapist in a wheel!
👉 Spin it or simply read through the prompts when a negative thought pops up.
💡 It helps kids and grown-ups question the mean voice in their head and swap it for something kinder and more realistic.

🎭 Emotions Check-In Jar
A colourful way to name what’s going on inside.
👉 Use the jar to "pick" a feeling card or write your own. Kids can draw them out like little mood messages.
💡 It's a fab way to build emotional vocabulary and check in with how we’re really doing — without pressure.

✨ Positive Affirmations Sheet
Kind words that stick.
👉 Display them on a mirror, pop them in lunchboxes, or read one together before bed.
💡 These sweet, encouraging phrases can help boost confidence and sprinkle a bit of self-love into the day.

This is the last in our series of free printables for Mental Health Week — so if you’ve missed any, be sure to scroll back in the blog and grab them before they’re gone!
We hope these tools find their way onto your fridges, into classrooms, or onto your kitchen tables — wherever they’re needed most. 💛 I'd love it if you commented below on where you're using yours!
With love,
