Where is my order?
Please check the current waiting times and measure it against your order date. For instance, if it is currently 14 days, that's the estimated time it will take to make your order. Postage will then take a further 1-4 days in some cases. A dispatch email will be sent when your order has left us!
Please feel free to contact me if you're worried your order hasn't turned up on time.

Please send pictures of the damage to my contact email address and i'll resolve this as quickly as I can. You are required to do this within 14 days of delivery.
Can I purchase extra tokens later on?
Of course! Any lost or additional tokens can be purchased at any time under the accessories section.
Returns policy
We offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have notified us. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
