Our Mini Coping Skills & Emotions Board is a gentle, visual way to help children and adults develop the skill to recognise, name and regulate their feelings.
Featuring a smaller emotions scale from happy through to angry, it gives children a simple starting point to check in with themselves and identify where they are emotionally. Once they’ve labelled the feeling, they can actively choose a matching coping strategy using the emotional regulation picture tokens, empowering them to move from overwhelm to support with ownership and confidence. This board is perfect for everyday check-ins, talking through hypothetical scenarios, or reflecting after a meltdown to explore what might have helped. By making emotions visible and choices tangible, it builds emotional literacy, problem-solving skills and self-awareness in a calm, accessible way.

As a self-employed mum, I’ve created a system that keeps home life balanced while setting clear expectations for my lovely customers:
🖌️ Monday – I design all outstanding orders.
🛠️ Tuesday – Everything is prepped, made, and finished.
📦 Wednesday – Orders are packed and dropped off for shipping.
This routine runs like clockwork 99% of the time!
If you place an order on a Thursday, it will be designed the following Monday, made Tuesday, and shipped Wednesday.

I purchased the mini emotions and coping choices board for my little boy who isn’t always able to express how he is feeling. This is a great visual for him if he can’t quite find the words. My daughter uses it as well. Having our little ones in charge of their emotions and the freedom to express what will help using the coping choices, provides a much calmer, better understood and happy environment in our house :)
We've been using this for a few months now and it has really helped my son to calm down when he gets really upset. Before he would scream and shout and be very unregulated. Now if I bring the board out he can move the tiles to tell me what he wants or I can give him choices of things to help him calm down. I think he's help me be calm in these situations nearly as much as him. The small size is also really hand as it can fit in my bag so easy to use out and about.
Absolutely brilliant resource for anyone with a child struggling with their emotions. Lovely pictures and helps simplify things for them if they are struggling to find their words. A friend has already asked for the shop name so they can buy one

Again - such an amazing visual for helping my daughter regulate her emotions! She now requests the board to name her emotion and then choose a coping choice and it really does help so quickly too! If she is feeling frustrated, sad or angry, by the end of the coping choice she always moves the arrow back to being happy the first time round - I would recommend it to every parent!

It only arrived yesterday but we have already used it 3 times and it has really helped. The helping options are great for giving me ideas while my child is having a tantrum as sometimes I forget in the moments what we can do and this morning his whole mood changed from shouting to picking what he wanted to do on the board.
