Solves my problem of walking into a room and immediately forgetting what I’m in there for! I use this in combination with my magnetic visual daily planner, moving the tokens from the A3 board to this small card throughout the day. It helps me stay on task because I can easily carry it around with me and avoid the “out of sight, out of mind” problem. I added a clip so I can attach it to my clothes, or it’s small enough (credit card sized) that you can put in your pocket to be more discreet if you’d like. Great tool for neurodivergent adults!
