Our bespoke picture token cards are designed to create flexible visual supports for children and adults, helping to understand routines, communicate needs, and build independence. Each token is carefully illustrated to be clear, engaging, and adaptable, allowing you to create visual timetables, emotional regulation boards, routine charts, communication aids, and choice boards that work for your unique needs.

How to edit your tokens
Editing the text of any picture
- Press the orange pencil icon over any picture to edit the text
- This will create a new picture with your text. Add that one to your basket
Change the background colour of the 'people' category
- First, change the text to the person's name as you learnt above and create a new picture
- Click the orange pencil icon again on the new picture and a white circle will appear. Select this to open the colour picker. This is especially useful to identify people using colours if you have a non-reader.
Viewing your selection
- Scroll to the top of the page to see your picture token selections. You can't edit them once they've been selected, but you can remove them by hovering over one and pressing the 'x'.
- Once you're happy with your chosen tokens, press the 'add to cart' button. Again, you can't edit anything in your cart, but if you've made a small mistake, just email us and we can correct it on our end. :)
Ways you can use
Our bespoke picture tokens are designed to work across our full range of visual supports for children and adults.
Use them to create visual timetables, emotional regulation boards, routine charts, to-do lists, and communication aids that help children and adults understand expectations and feel more secure in their day.
These visual support cards are especially helpful for neurodivergent people: including autism and ADHD, as well as anyone who benefits from visual structure at home, in school, or therapy settings.
You can also use the picture cards as stand-alone visuals for routines, choices, transitions, and daily activities, making them ideal for parents, teachers, ELSA practitioners, and therapists supporting emotional wellbeing and communication.
So happy with my purchase, I purchased a now, next and then lanyard, a weekly planner and a ‘my school day’ board with lots of tokens!
It’s really helped my autistic boys understand their time with both myself and their father, along with helping ease transitions as they know what’s next!
I was looking for a now, next and then board following my eldest’s autism diagnosis and most resources are laminated and not durable, these are strong and my son is able to use them himself which promotes independence

After ordering a chart and some tokens, and being pleased, I decided I wanted more tokens. The variety of tokens is impressive and I was really grateful that they could be customized.

My third time ordering from Craftly. Nearly a year later and my girls still love their weekly planner, so I've bought more tokens for the summer holidays, which they were super excited to receive. Cute and good quality.
These are great quality and came pre-assembled on my spinner which I loved! It makes choosing a regulation activity way more fun and easy.
The quality is great and it's really nice you can edit the words into language you'd normally use. The only one I couldn't find something for was crochet but I just used the sewing image for it instead.

Great pictures and easy to read words which really help my ND daughter understand what is happening in her week,and help her learn to get prepared for her different activities.
My only criticisms are the magnets quite often come off -I've stuck a lot back on myself. Also a bundle deal for add on ones as activities expand would be amazing- otherwise topping up can become quite expensive.
Will definitely order another set when my baby is old enough.

Kim has such a variety of tokens, she really has thought of everything. We use them as a job list alongside our planner moving them from the to do pile to the done one when the task is completed. Great to visualise what you have done and left to do. And also it's eco too as I'm not having to write daily lists constantly. Plus keeps it neat and everyone in the house knows what to do next.
