Mindful deep breathing is a great tool for children to self-regulate in emotional situations. This breathing rainbow visual helps guide their breathing as they draw down the first colour to breathe in and down the next colour for out. Teach kids the invaluable tool of emotional regulation for their mental wellbeing and self development.

You can also use this board as whiteboard to trace the rainbow with a whiteboard pen. Simply erase with a cloth afterwards.
